Grendahuset i Botnane
Til Roma – eller til Botnane er tittelen på hovudskiltet om Diktarstien, Jan-Magnus Bruheim og forfattarskapet hans. Det finn du under tak på baksida av det raude grendahuset i Øvrebotten. Her finn du òg dikta Den annsame og Huset som talar. Det siste er eit barnedikt om dette gamle skulehuset.
På veggen her heng det også eit skilt med namna på alle som støtta Diktarstien, med dugnadar og pengar. I ein postkasse finn du ei gjestebok for stien, som du gjerne må skrive i. Det er interessant å sjå kor mykje Diktarstien vert brukt.
Forfattaren sjølv les
I opptaket under kan du høyre Jan-Magnus Bruheim sjølv lese diktet Den annsame. Opptaket er henta frå ein kasett han las inn dikt på til ein blind ven. Diktet om Huset som talar har vi ikkje opptak av.
Sigrid Moldestad har sett tone til diktet Den annsame. Songen er med på CD-en Brevet til kjærleiken i 2014.
The Community House in Botnane
«To Rome – or to Botnane» Is the title introducing the Poetry Path, Jan-Magnus Bruheim himself, and his literary legacy. You find the signboard at the entrance on the back side of the red community house at Øvrebotten. There are also the signboards with the poems «The Strained One» and «The House with a Voice».
On the wall there is a signboard with the names of all those who supported the Poetry Path project with voluntary work and money. In a mailbox a guestbook is available where you are welcome to submit your name and comments.

In the abandoned schoolhouse
In the far west,
You can believe there is a lot!
It cracks and creaks
When the lightening flashes
Through the night,
The storm rages,
When the rain splashes,
And when the spindrift swirls
When the waves lap peacefully,
Resting in their quiet glitter
And sea birds squeak
And small birds chirp and twitter

And hear the house call!

Its telling of tales.
