Legene
Bak grendahuset går det ein gamal skogsveg, over Legene og opp langsmed Søre elva. Der ligg det ein stein med det som ser ut som avtrykket av ein barnefot. Det gav Bruheim inspirasjon til diktet Fotefâr i stein.
Det er om lag 300 meter dit frå grendahuset, i litt ulendt terreng. Av omsyn til dei som ikkje kjem seg dit er det laga eit informasjonsskilt på parkeringsplassen, med diktet og bilete som syner Jan-Magnus Bruheim på tur i dette området i 1985.

Legene
At the back of the community house there is an old forest trail across Legene and further along the Southern Stream. After a while you reach a stone with what looks like a child’s footprint. This occurence became a source for the poem «Footsteps in Stone».
To get there you have to cross some 300 metres of somewhat rough terrain from the community house. For the assistance of disabled people there is an information signboard at the car park offering a copy of the poem and a photo of Jan-Magnus Bruheim going for a walk in the area in 1985.

The dent of a
Child’s foot –
So clear and pure

The stone, solid and grey.
Who would imagine
A tiny
Child’s foot
to leave a mark
In the hard
Rock?
Enchanted you stand
And keep watching
The tiny footstep
And wonder:

Came and left
Where the trace of a
